Year 17: Past all the stressing and the bullshit, I’m as happy as can be.  Past all the fears and scares and lessons hard learned, I am fully content.  Past all the dark and helpless times, I can see the light on my horizon.  And past the tears and the sobbing, I am blessed.  

Now, why did God bring me such happiness? Why did He choose to make me the happiest of all people?  I can see and it is clear that I am blessed.  Year 17 brought me the love of the friends and family.  That love that I’ve ALWAYS known.  That love that keeps me up and keeps me going.  That love that I can count on.

But then there was her: THE love.  The love that taught me more about love than love itself.  The love that I could never fathom because I never knew that one like this existed.  The love that makes me realize that I don’t need anything else.   And the love that gave this life a meaning.  You see, I was given a gift.  One that brought me more happiness and joy than can EVER be expressed on Tumblr or on paper or in a speech or even in a simple conversation.  

In a nutshell, Year 17 brought me THE love and that’s all I could ever ask for. So, best-year-of-my-life, I greatly thank you. 

Sebastian (Year 18)

I’m in love with you.  In love with the fact that you love me too.  In love with the way you say you love me.  In love with the way you tell me you miss me.  In love with the way you call me “Bubbs”.  In love with the way you give me a kiss through the phone before we finish our conversation.  In love with your smile.  In love with your hair.  In love with your eyes.  In love with your lips.  In love with your mouth. In love with your ears.  In love with your nose (especially when it crinkles when you make cute faces).  In love with your voice. In love with your laugh.  In love with the feeling of your hand in mine.  In love with your frustration when you “think” your hair is a mess but it’s really not.  In love with your never ending effort to see me.  In love with the handshake that we do every time we leave each other.  In love with the fact that you are more beautiful than any girl on the inside and on the out.  In love with the fact that you live to serve God with everything.  In love with the fact that we’ll spend the rest of our lives together with Christ. And in love with the fact that we know we’ll spend the rest of our lives together always and forever.

So just in case you haven’t realized yet…I am very much in love with you. 

…wonder if that girl/boy you’re with is the girl/boy you’ll stay with forever?
